The memory cable...
The cable with a memory... maximises efficiency. The inside of equipment racks often looks as if the cat has gotten into grandma?s knitting. Here we provide some organisation! The SC-ISOPOD SO-F is a 2-wire foil-shielded cable with a compact outer diameter of either 3.3 mm (SO-F22) or 4.2 mm (SO-F50). The cable is mostly used for inside wiring of audio and HiFi-components. It has a ?memory? effect and can be installed ?around corners? without any problems. The copper strands of the respective wire pairs are pre-twisted and can be stripped very easily. For easy connection the cable has an additional pre-twisted and tin-plated drain wire. It is shielded with AL/PT-foil, which automatically adheres to the jacket during stripping. The SC-ISOPOD SO-F50 has a larger wire diameter (2 x 0.50 mm?) and is preferable for use with crimp contacts. The SC-ISOPOD SO-F22D has a 110 Ohm surge impedance (Order-No. 500-0406).
