A beautiful pairing of solid East Indian rosewood and a solid Sitka spruce soundboard grace the Martin GPC-Aura GT. The body boasts a satin finish while the back also features a Style 45 back purfling, a black/white/back boltaron inlay, and white boltaron binding. The top is adorned with a polished gloss finish, a black/white/black boltaron inlay, white boltaron binding, and a stunning two ring pearl rosette. The GPC shape combined with hybrid "X" scalloped bracing allows for a nice low end response with beautiful trebles that appeals to both strummers and fingerstylists alike. The smoothly rounded cutaway offers a contemporary aesthetic while also providing comfortable access to the higher frets. Widely known for it's exceptional comfort, the select hardwood neck is carved into the modified low oval profile and features an ergonomic performing artist taper. The certified African blackwood fingerboard is embellished by Hexagon Outline pearl inlays and white binding. A corian nut tops the fingerboard while the modified 30s style certified African blackwood bridge features a drop-in compensated Tusq saddle. The headstock sports a set of nickel ratio tuners with skeleton knobs that allow each string to have it's own gear ratio. The skeleton buttons not only lessen the weight of the tuners, but they offer an elegant, jewel like appearance. Equipped with Fishman F1 Aura Plus electronics, the Martin GPC-Aura GT is ready to take on any performance.
