This Kemble is a common piano in New Zealand. They were bought into NZ in large numbers prior to Televison and after the 2nd World War. This example was in a family home for all its life and two Daughters learned to play on it. Sadly they did not proceed with playing and the piano was left to stand unplayed for some years. We have it now to pass on to some lucky future family Kemble was another English Manufacturer of pianos which were made at time when pianos were in high demand. A Post War german Factory manufactured the internal workings while the English made the case and keys.
